How I wish I own an aston martin. the name of the brand sounds cool enuf. the looks of it is juz sleek. given a ferrari, lamborghini and an aston martin, i'd choose the AM, just because its quite rare compared to the other two. I'm some1 who loves to be unique. dun like to be the same as every1 else. haha. The down side though, is AM performance doesnt seem really good. the car look too heavy. even the porsche could easily beat the better looking sleek machine. sigh.. disappointing. but still, AM is the way to go. =p
I was posted to turn 18, arguably the most happening turn on the whole circuit. although i couldnt get to experience the full throttle of the speed demons, i get to c most of the crashes, and follow up on the race through a big tv screen at the same time. here's the wretched turn to most of the drivers, turn 18:

The turn:

Guess wat, the black mark in the previous picture, it was mark webber. the first f1 driver to crash in singapore. haha.
He's juz damn fated to this turn. throughout the practice and qualifying, he kept having problems wif this turn. think he gotten a phobia from his first crash there. even so, he ended up unclassified at the end of the race though. he must have hated singapore. haha.

Fernando Alonso, the eventual winner of the night race. his car broke down right in front of me during qualifying. could sense the frustaration as he came out of the car jumping and hugging his helmet. he muz be swearing inside. he's done very well until his car broke down. but den again, all this doesnt matter as he got the winner nonetheless. I thought he was really impressive, gaining 5 places up in first 2 laps. and thanks to this guy, nelson pique,

He crashed at the right time enabling his teammate a have a really good advantage. oh. and I though pique is quite good looking. =) Whats more to come, the ferrari driver Massa, made a turn too late andend up brushing against the side wall of this turn that i'm in. I thought the driver behind him Adrian Sutil was really suay. noone could have stopped in time given the obstruction caused by Massa was in a blind spot and the f1 car going at such speed. he could have choose to crash into Massa, but he opted for the kinder option, to crash himself out of the race. I must say turn 18 was really exciting.
Right, some random pics taken during the event.

Last but not least, the people in orange:
